	Although Wayne was given a ticket by the Refuse Collection Coordinator (RCC), it seems that these other violation went unnoticed. Wayne filed a FOIA and discovered that the only ticket written on the north end of the 29th Ward was given to him. These pictures show all the other violations that should have had a ticket but did not.

The interesting thing about the ticket given to Wayne was that the day before he called 3-1-1 to request a pickup for the material that was actually supposed to be picked up by Streets and San after the Great Chicago Flood.

The request was apparently ignored and a ticket was issued. Wayne fought the ticket and won.
