The City of Chicago has a policy that is referred to as “Violence in the Workplace.”

Like many documents that are on file, they are written and executed by the Mayor, but that’s about it.  Enforcement of anything is usually a nil factor, especially when the perpetrator is politically connected.  Hey, but it exists on paper so that if someone is not “connected” it can be used against them for whatever reason.
