According to Chicago Park District Rules, there are not supposed to be any political signs or other signs on their property.  Yet, the person he was running against for State Representative was allowed to place his signs all over the property.

Wayne called it in to downtown to complain about the infractions.  He even put these pictures up on his web site but the man claimed that his online speed was too slow to download the pictures.

Yes, it’s politics as usual in Chicago.
