On September 7, 2003 a silver car was spotted in the same parking space that Wayne received a ticket.  A call to 911 was made but the police never showed up.  No ticket issued. 

This is but another example where the Chicago Police Department has targeted Wayne because of his activities in exposing the 25th District administration.  For further details please click here.

Highlights...

This information was pointed out and indeed photographed because Wayne parked in the exact same spot but was given tickets.  Yet, this vehicle was not given a single ticket after it was reported to 911 and a squad car came out.  Apparently, the squad car knew the owner of the vehicle.  So do we.
