in the picket. This provided them with hands-on experience of
what they were taught in civics class.
- Some of the brothers dressed up for this
event. They also sang for the passerbys.
- Some of the most dreadful clouds passed by
the area.
- People from Elmwood Park also participated

- Contaminated Soil exposed on Austin Avenue
at Diversey - this was formerly a gas station, turned oil change
place, now a Duncan Donuts.
- Violations ignored by Streets and San
- Cook County gets Dammed up with 55 gallon
drum in river
- Streets flood with very little rain.
Imagine what it will be like when the next 100 year storm comes 90
years early.

- More violations without tickets issued.
- Wayne helps resident get sewer work
done. Hats off to the Sewer Department.
- Streets and San apparently provides special
services like cutting grass for a select few.

whatsoever

Coordinator) poses to show his hand. He was then dismissed shortly
after these photos were released, clearly retaliation on the part of
Streets and San management. He did file a complaint with the
Illinois Department of Labor. |

Rehab center that gets Board of
Education Dumpsters. This center is associated with Isaac
Carothers' (illegal alderman of the 29th Ward) daddy, who was indicted
and then served three years in jail. Daddy was an alderman before
serving time. |

- Wayne gives thumb-up for Laborers
- Johnson nearly runs over Wayne with Streets
and San vehicle then
- Violates Wayne's 1st Amendment Constitutional Rights
- Picket extended to North and Central
Avenues. After the picket the location was turned into a bus
stop. Guess they didn't want Wayne to exercise his
constitutional rights over there anymore.

- Dead rat discovered in the alley behind
Wayne's house.

Headquarters for Streets and Sanitation
- Wayne and Don (aldermanic candidate for 28th
Ward) visit the Ward Office for Streets and San
- Carothers street where he lives gets redone,
the second time in three years. Yet, there are a large number
of streets that have been neglected on the north end of the ward for
more than 30 years. Why is that?
