Chicago Board of Election Commissioner Poll Watcher Guide - 2007

It should be noted that in the last election of February 5, 2008 Reboyras had Poll Watchers that sat at the first table the voter would come to and then ask questions of the voters.  This is a violation of the rules that are established.

A complaint was filed and in typical fashion, the Chicago Board of Elections did nothing.  So much for fair elections when the Board itself allows illegal activity!
