Wayne Strnad Exposes Violations of Departmental Policy to community and business alike.

These 20 pages are jam packed with violations of Chicago Police Department rules, using a City of Chicago Streets and Sanitation van to transport political signs, signs on the parkway, etc.  Wayne Strnad exposed this over time for the benefit of the community and business alike.

 

It also includes some background information on Carothers and the results of the trial of his father, William Carothers (a former alderman), who served time in jail.  Isaac "Ike" Carothers followed in his daddy's footsteps and is now serving time in jail.
