According to the Freedom of Information Act, a governmental entity is to respond to a request for information in a timely fashion and if they require more time to fulfill the request, they are to state so in writting. Streets and San, under the direction of Alfanso "Al" Sanchez, has consistenly not replied to any requests for information.
Al Sanchez was later indicted by the District US Attorney General.
The person that handled the FOIA requests is Kathleen Hennessy. She later submitted false and altered documentation for a case brought by the community and business alike with Wayne Strnad as one of the plaintiffs, in the 7th District Federal Court.
