Wayne Strnad says, "A Promise Not Kept Is Merely A Lie"  Carothers lies to the community and business people

Isaac "Ike" Carothers was a typical politican who did anything to win an election and follow his fathers footsteps.  He made promise after promise to the community only never came through with his promises - that was business as usual for him.  The photo to the left is a typical example of the rodent problem that Carothers promised to clean up during one of his election campaigns.

Wayne Strnad does say that Carothers did tell the truth once though and that was when he pleaded guilty to the charges brought forth by the District US Attorney in Federal Court.  As far as we are concern, a promise not kept is merely a lie.
