Here is a pdf file that contains a letter written by Mr. Victor Guzman. You need a pdf reader to read the file.
Here is another letter to Sanchez.
Then we have a letter addressed to Sanchez that dealt with a Laborer who had his hand crushed. And, no great surprise, the surveillance of Wayne's house.
At various points we even gave Daley a letter.
In all this, Sanchez did reply:
It should be noted that Johnson, like Carothers, did not want his "fingerprints" on anything so he used other people to do his dirty work. In this case Johnson used the Refuse Collection Coordinator to write the ticket - which was unjustified.
Wayne did go to the Kangaroo Court hearing and won the case, based on the evidence. Read about it!
Here is part of the evidence gathering procedure. We gave a Freedom of Information Act request to Streets and Sanitation.
Fact: That day in the entire 29th Ward, the number of tickets written north of Madison Avenue totaled 1. Yet, we presented to Daley's office, a document that included about 76 photos of violations that should have been written on the north end of the 29th Ward alone. To view those photos, click here.
The result of the FOIA request showed that only 1 ticket was written. Guess who the 1 ticket went to.
If you guessed Wayne, you would be right.
Every time an official was given a letter, Daley received a copy.
As you can easily see, all the material that Streets and Sanitation was suppose to come back for after the "Great Chicago Flood" sits on the apron to the Garage. This is private property.
