Clerk gets $15,000 in Overtime Pay - community and business concerns now informed

One way that this administration skims off the top and provides a "little more" for those that are politically connected, is to put a laborer in a clerks position without reducing the salary.  The difference is about $10,000 per year between the pay rate of a laborer and a clerical worker.  This is a flat-out rip-off of taxpayer and community money and in the private sector would be considered bad business practice.

Some well connected (lots of juice here) cronies rake in big bucks at the expense of the taxpayer.
