Today I just discovered that now I must deal with a group called Adventist. Also any script that gets written by a doctor must be an “Adventist Doctor.” Was this mentioned to me when I signed up? Never.

I take issue with that statement in that everyone who is a doctor with this grop are the only ones that can get services of the sort I need. This means every other doctor, which includes some of the most brilliant minds in the world, could not write me a script for therapy! Do you believe that? Wow is this thing screwed up in this country.

Note that the current information was not correct either. Basically the nurse was told that the plan is an HMO. Technically I could go anywhere but the preferred part gives me a better rate. This is what I originally thought and said several days or weeks back.

So, here we are back to square one and I still have nothing being done in terms of physical or occupational therapy. It is officially one month and one day.

I would love to see our federal representatives in the House and the Senate go through this nonsense. Ah, just for good measure let's throw in our State of Illinois representatives and senators. Maybe if they had to go through this stuff then they would get off their tush and correct this stuff. Got that Gov and Madigan?

Land of Lincoln Health

When something is new to a person it is very understandable that they could become confused in interpreting something. For instance, I would have suspected that something being Preferred would be better than just In House, especially when there are numbers directly beneath the terms. The numbers for Preferred are less than the In House.

Well, according to someone at the insurance company this information is not correct. So, let me show you their opening screen so you can judge for yourself.

Yes, their opening screen leads to another site (a completely different url) that has security issues. You can easily see that their certificate of authority is invalid. Great going guys and girls. Did anyone check to see if they purchased their certificate? Apparetly not.

Now let's check on some other information. How about a hospital?

Here we see that there is one rehab hospital. It is called Advocate Christ Physical Therapy-Lockport.

For those of you that are not aware, the Affordable Care Act has hit us square in our face. Some people call it the Obama Care. No matter what you call it, it’s going to cost you big time!

My insurance requirement could not have hit at a worse time. In a few months I would be able to get Medicare but no, I was not going to have that luxury now. Basically I will pay an outrageous amount of money for getting next to nothing.

On Christmas Day I had a stroke that left me paralized on the right side of my body.

Now you might not believe it but trying to get service from my insurance company is nearly impossible. Why I say that is because for the last 26 days I have tried to leave a message or better yet talk with somebody but to no avail. I was not the only one either. A few nurses have called and even someone from their own network called them and had to wait four days for a response.

Here is the simple thing that needs to be done, in my way of thinking.

Call original doctor who put order together for my rehab and ask him to do another one for a different health insurance company, fax it over and be done. Have the rehab people come in asap.

You guessed it. Nothing could be so easy because I was told by someone in the docs office that it wasn’t so easy. But she is also the person that thought it was important to hear a message I had left a day earlier when she was now talking with me. I told her the message was now irrelevant because I am on the phone with you. Let’s just go from here. What is obvious is nobody checked the message machine! What is also obvious is that she just wanted to get more money for the doc or found a quick way out of not dealing with me because she somehow knew I could not afford a doctor for full price. That’s one reason she was happy to hear my insurance was not part of the docs plan.

But let’s go back a little. The first problem was getting a rehab program that would take me. Sounds simple, right? Far from it. I needed both the physical therapy and occupational therapy together. I did forget to mention that they wanted a nurse to boot and I streered them away from the speech therapists, who the last time she was here, we played some childs games; rest assured that I am not going to play any game and pay $150 per hour for playing either. Anyway, the nonsense began to build.

Back to the insurance company. Before the nurse made the call but now she was trying to back off from any involvement. I was going to do this myself.

By now the only thing I had in my hand was an insurance card with several phone numbers on it. Its value was quickly diminishing with each call I made. I tried calling several times on the same day, but, as you might think, that didn’t work either. I tried to leave a phone number so that they could contact me but that didn’t work either.

After 16 days of failed attempts, I called the local rehab unit for another hospital. This is where the nurse left off. I got through without a problem and talked to someone. Fortunately they called the insurance company but did not receive a call back right away. Actually it was four days later.

You might be wondering at this point why I could not call. The answer is somewhat obvious in that I couldn’t leave a number to call me back – actually called using two different cell phones on two separate networks. Neither one worked. Then the other reason was what I was told by the docs secretary. She said she is used to talking to nurses and not patients. I wondered how many others thought the same way? Might be a road block for me.

Well here we are a couple days later. With pen in hand, the only hand I can write with even though it is not my regular hand for writing, I am ready to call the doctors office.

Ring, Ring. Hello. I ask if this is doctor so and so’s office. The reply was yes it was. Ah, I said to myself. Finally. Is she part of the Presence Health Plan? No, she is not.

What, I said to myself. I told the person that the insurance company gave me her name, as working under the Preferred Plan that they have. The reply was no. She moved to Adventists a few months back.

I thanked them for their time and hung up.

Then I looked at my insurance card i received. It said Adventist Land of Lincoln Platinum PPO 250. I thought I had discovered something. With excitement I called them back.

Well, when I presented my finding, I was told it’s not the same Adventist. Well, I was not going to prusuit this any further. Back to square one.

Does the hospital maintain records for doctors which shows the insurance plan a doctor is associated with?

How about something even simpler like a list of doctors that are on staff? This way one could try to cross-reference a list with the isurance companies, assuming you could get such a list from them. Maybe have the data sorted by grouping by such things as family doctor, internal doctor, etc. Maybe the can even do a better sort, for example, if there are two or more medical groups in a single facility, sort on the medical group and then the other group.

All this seems to be clouded in a shroud of secrets with nobody knowing anything; one line of none sense after another.

Anyway, I did look over the list that the insurance campany provided but mind you, this is no guarantee that this information is correct. For example, one of these alleged doctors that was part of this plan was not really a part of it at all! This was discovered after the fact when I had spoken to someone at the insurance company.

So my task today was to try and get a doctor that i could not be financially obglitated to for full price and was a part of this preferred insurance plan.

There I was all ready to go. Pulled up the first doctor on the list which consisted of 7 people that deal with internal medicine and another 5 that deal with family practice.

The phone number listed for a man named Joseph. That led to a place where they knew the name but told me that he was no longer associated with the place. They gave me another four names of people I could use that they said were associated with this thing called Preseence. When I fiinished getting the names I asked if they could connect me with any one of the doctors. After all I figured they would know who they worked for, right? Again I was told I would have to contact the insurance company.

Well I already had the names from the insurance company and the names I was given was not any of those dozen names,

Are you ready for names two, the second on the list?

Well I hit pay dirt and they even found my records with the resurrection. So I will let you know in a couple days how the rest of the story goes. It marks 23 days to straighten out something which should have taken no more than 1/2 hour.

We got to the doctors office and filled out the paperwork then we were told that this doctor is not part of the preferred plan. What? I could not believe it. The info we discovered on the web showed the following:

It goes without saying that there is an affinity between the leadership of this country and the Zionist regime in Israel. It is a given that many who are so called “elected” to a public position, get to that position in a fraudulent way. Proof of this was presented to the Cook County States Attorney who merely sat on the information presented and did nothing; approximately 5,000 errors in the voter applications for absentee voting were submitted to Dick Divine yet he and his corrupt office could not fine a single problem – could not even see that voters voted twice despite he was given exact names (received from the Chicago Board of Election) of those that voted; interestingly enough, the head investigator in his office who was allegedly working on the fraud has now gone to the Illinois States Attorney Office – Lisa Madigan, daughter of Michael Madigan (State Representative in the State of Illinois).

Let us not talk about the role the Chicago Board of Elections had in this nor how the State Board of Elections would not even touch it. At the time one of the members who sat on the State Board of Elections was with the law firm that handled Daley's campaign disclosure. The actions of the States Attorney office are understandable though because it is alleged that he took his orders from none other than Mayor Daley. Daley, while he was the Cook County States Attorney, basically did nothing but collect a check. He was waiting to run for Mayor of Chicago. So, you can easily see that nothing was going to get done to expose this corruption for that would have lead to Daley and his machine, which went dormant in the '70's . Here is one of Illinois Senate representatives who was missing in action for approximately more than a year and did not show up in the U.S. Senate during that period. To some extent this is understandable because of medical issues but when something is prolonged for a very long period of time, there should be something in law that allows for an acting Senator to replace the incapacitated person. Heck, if the Illinois Senate and House could pass a law allegedly conjured up by Lisa Madigan, the States Attorney, to impeach a governor, they should be able to come to terms with a law that accounts for temporary replacement of an elected official.

In essence, the people of the State of Illinois did not have full representation in the Senate.

The Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago does not speak on behalf of all Jewish people. They are but a sliver in the world of Jewish activism. (Are they not the same group that sponsored the 6 Day War? No wonder they want an office overseas.)

If you are a Zionist, then you might consider reviewing some of your 613 “commandments”. One of them deals with the preservation of life. Does it give you the right to kill innocent people, regardless of what piece of land they are living on? Does it give you the right to destroy and kill people who are in a hospital? Some misleading information found in their 2012 annual report is:

16,177 households have received more than $13.7 million in emergency cash for food,housing, healthcare and other critical expenses.

Here they make it look like they are doing all this good work and it would be logical to assume that it comes from donations to the organization. We take issue with this because it is alleged that they are working with State of Illinois agencies, which gets its money from the Federal government and then sets up programs in non for profit centers to distribute the tax dollars. Then they report:

$33.2 million through the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago devoted to national and overseas needs benefiting 2 million Jews in Israel and 70 countries across the globe

Let us not forget that the United States government just earmarked more than a quarter of a billion to Israel.

If you seriously look over this report, you can see where the leadership heads are at. For instance, out of a budget of slightly under $146 million, only $2,500 was appropriated for Israel Peace Week. Guess they don't consider peace of any importance. Also, this does not account for monies reimbursed for Sinai Health System, estimated to be at least $248 million.

Wow, things get a little deeper than that. Here is the building that allegedly is vacant or partially vacate for more than a decade.

Maybe the lights are not working in the other part of the building which is why it's partially vacant.

You might ask yourself where this information comes from? It's all public information. Here is just a small sample of the tax appeals.

I really commend this lawyer, Adam E. Bossov, because he's about as good as Sergio-Banks, relative of the former Alderman of the 36th Ward, William Banks. By the way, Banks is not his real name.

What I also found interesting is that when you visit the Cook County Assessor office website you see the following:

Do you see anything? I waited for 5 minutes to see the exemptions to appear but none showed.

In case your wondering, the guys face you see is Joseph Berrios. He is in charge of the Cook County Democratic Party. The Democratic Party put one of their members in charge of the Police and Fire Department. This is the same guy exposed in voter fraud. He was later indicted and sent to federal prison. Corruption runs deep. It's not about what you know but who you know and whose ass you think you need to kiss. I kiss none and think every one of them as being suspect for review of their actions.

Now one would figure that with all this money rolling in the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago and Israel (I intentionally changed their name for them to reflect the reality and extension they have in occupied territory) could do more than just try to steal more land, kill innocent people and, dare I say, oppress an entire people in acts of war when there is no war declared. Note that there is an article in their by-laws about membership. For $25 you can become a voting member. I would recommend that thousands of moslem become members. That's all you need is to have one more moslem person in count to actually control the direction via vote. Do you think this would send fear into this organization? It that happened I would bet that the by-laws would be rewritten to exclude people from membership and show the real prejudice they cloak in their goody-to-shoes propaganda.

Money Talks, Bullshit Walks

The media has a tendency to placate the Israel government and show a one-sided view that depicts the Palestinians as terror trained mercenaries who continually attack Israel. Wow, I wonder how the media would depict the Minutemen. For info on the Minutemen, click here. This is paramount to a David and Goliath contest.

I would think that the leaders in the media, based on their actions, would be paramount to the British news media of the time earmarked as the American Revolution and would take the side of the British; those damn American Colonists are killing people again. The Americans are the terrorists. The American Revolutionaries would be the equivalent of the Palestinians who are fighting for their own freedom from the repressive state of Israel. Analogously, the repressive government of Britain.

Even in the events that have happened in Chicago i.e. the peaceful demonstrations, the media portrays the demonstrators as the equivalent of Dorian Gray. Not only that, they refuse to pan the photo to show the large number of people that have attended the peaceful demonstrations that are aimed at stopping the killing of innocent people who are just trying to survive.

Everyday essentials, according to reports, have been cut off for the Palestinian people. Necessities such as water and food have dwindled to alarming rates. The Israel government has learned a lot about Hitler tactics. To bad the United Nations has no balls to go in and stop this inhuman activity. Oops, yes they did set up a make shift hospital because the other hospitals were all destroyed by Israel bombs. Is this not justification enough for the UN to enter the picture? One of the UN's own make-shift hospitals was bombed.

Yet, when the anti-Palestinians demonstrate and carry weapons with them, a couple of which were already arrested, it is generally glossed over and made light of. Also, it gets misreported by the media, such as Fox News, who insinuated the arrested individuals were Palestinians. They were not. It was the pro Israel side that carried the guns and were arrested.

Who are the aggressors here in America? Not the pro Palestinians who to date have had several peaceful demonstrations that were done without incident, but the anti-Palestinians were the culprits. The Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago was probably not aware that people who attended one of their rallies had guns, nor do I believe they would condone such activity – at least not here in Chicago but I can not address how their counterpart in Jerusalem thinks of things.

You might ask if this organization is transporting money to Israel to help (cough, cough, gag) people survive or be killed? Maybe they need to earmark some of that money for prosthetic limbs for the Palestinians . After all, one of their 613 commandments deals with preserving life. Maybe they mean only Zionist lives and nobody else? However, their hospital system with gladly take anyone's money without a problem.

Perhaps the U.S. Attorney General needs to investigate the flow of money. He might find out that it's like a TIF, tax incentive financing, and not be able to trace anything.

Stop Hiding Information from the American People

It goes without saying that our government not only hides information from people but uses one of the best filtering information systems available. All your calls are tapped into and data servers are monitored. If interested, you might consider reading this article.

Don't Be Afraid

This is not to scare people into thinking that the “Big Brother” has arrived but he is knocking at the door right now. Are you just going to sit back and be controlled? Or, are you going to be a true American and fight for what is right for your society as a whole? The politicians are not the solution, they are the problem!

When a government spy's on its own people, it throws out the concept of privacy and replaces it with public information. Is your information private or in the public eye for viewing? A simple test is to use one of the search engines. Type in your name surrounded by quotes. You will see what the search engine says about you.

In some people's eyes, government should be translucent. The people of the country have a right to know what is going on at all levels. Yet, one of the tools that took a lot of struggle to get passed in Congress, the Freedom of Information Act, or, FOIA, is being bypassed by bureaucrats that have found a loophole. Actually there are several loopholes. One should not need such an act in the first place if the government were honest to its people. This act is used by many to get information from various levels of government. Governments way out of fulfilling any requests is to say that the information requested is too broad, or, cannot be provided due to the fact that it is vague, or other such nonsense.

Note: FOIA's started at the federal level as a means to acquire data. The states then passed their own version, which is usually more restrictive in scope, so that we the people cannot get information passed to us.

Reports are lopsided

At one point in time there were real reporters and journalists who not only did their research about a topic, but told the findings in an objective way. They are now a thing of the past, being replaced by a new breed of writers that do not care to write about the truth, but to make their bosses happy with slanted information that reinforces the objectives of the media.

Did you ever wonder why you do not see any pictures or videos of the atrocities that have occurred since Daddy Bush was in office? He and his New World Order, which actually has been around for a very long time and came to the forefront under another sleaze bag president named Nixon. You know the guy, right? He was pardoned by the guy who continually hit his head coming out of airplanes. Name is Ford. Richard Pryor had it right when he said if you can pardon Nixon, you can pardon anyone.

It's Time For Americans To Take Action

First, you must educate yourself. Assume that information from the government, any level, is distorted information. Research to the best of your ability, the other side of things that are generally not being presented or made a mockery of by government. Government officials will only tell you what they think you want to hear and hope that the information can be used in a reelection campaign. Any bets that Kirk will use his speech or excerpts mentioned above in the “Kirk out” link, in his next campaign for the Senate?

Second, research the information you are told by government. Do not rely only on sources in the United States but look to other countries for their perspective. To date there are many demonstrations across Europe condemning the actions of Israel. Many countries are now refusing to do business with Israel.

Third, although you might not like to think of this country as being started by a bunch of terrorists, it was in the eyes of the British. Ask yourself what does a terrorist do?

Perhaps in its most simple form, a terrorists terrorizes and/or kills people. Let's see, there are people dying in the streets here in America, been forced into foreclosure and lose everything they have worked for all their lives – an act of terror by the banks. Note that nobody involved in the Savings and Loan crisis back in the '80 was prosecuted. Daddy Bush relative was allegedly heavily involved and later because an elected official. He escaped prosecution as the US Attorney General at the time sat around and did nothing, but, of course, collect a taxpayer check.

People cannot get simple health care at an affordable price, especially if they live day to day on next to a zero budget. The Affordable Care Act is a farce, not really doing much of anything except giving the IRS additional powers in the collection of money. Which is more feasible in terms of your finances: getting fined $200 or so dollars for not having forced insurance, or paying $200 per month? Weigh $200 vs $2400. The answer is trivial. The terror comes in having the IRS involved.

Our food has been altered (GMO products) without serious studies that show the effects on the human body – an act that is a hidden terrorists activity thanks to some chemical companies that want to alter the genome of existence – and the list goes on.

So, think before you react when you see people exercising their Constitutional Rights, namely, the 1st Amendment.

It is the 1st Amendment that allows you, an individual or group of people, the right to practice any religion you choose, petition government, and say what you feel. It is perhaps the most discussed Amendment of the entire Constitution. For those of you that have access to Thompson laws books, at last count there are three books on the 1st Amendment of cases brought to Federal court. No other amendment can boast the same.

Support individual(s) and their cause(s). The forefathers of this country would speak up for this struggle as if it were their own cause. No people deserve to be eradicated from the face of the earth, whether they be Jewish, Palestinians or any other population.
