Dear Mayor Daley,
I want to thank you for forwarding my letter to Commissioner Sanchez, Department of Streets and Sanitation. Commissioner Sanchez did reply, saying that the person who issued the ticket was reprimanded. However, there is one more reprimand needed and that is to Mr. Tommie Johnson, former 29th Ward Superintendent, for his actions as described in my former letter (see attached copy). Mr. Johnson’s promotion was indeed unjustified and considered a disservice to the taxpayers of this City. Please consider this letter and the previous as a formal complaint against Mr. Johnson.
On another note, we still await the data from Streets and Sanitation as per our Freedom of Information Request (copy attached).
