Wayne's car stands front and almost center amid columns of preformed sewer catch basins (CB's) as they are called.
After many months of struggling with the Alderman, Daley and several other people, who claimed ignorance of the problem we finally got the project approved and completed!
For many years people had to deal with parking on stones. broken picture windows that shot out from under the tires, no catch basin, etc. Now, thanks to the efforts of the community and Wayne Strnad, they have a beautiful neighborhood. It took 92 years before Wayne Strnad got involved.
