Wayne Strnad Submits Another FOIA to Streets and San on behalf of community and business.  They Violate Law by not replying to request.  Hennessy's her name, corruption cover-up is her game and will even lie to make her ends meet.

According to the Freedom of Information Act, a governmental entity is to respond to a request for information in a timely fashion and if they require more time to fulfill the request, they are to state so in writting.  Here is a FREE download pertaining to the act as it applies to the State of Illinois - Click here.  Your state may have a different version and other exclusions.

Streets and San, under the direction of Alfanso "Al" Sanchez, has consistenly not replied to any requests for information.

Al Sanchez was later indicted by the District US Attorney General.

The person that handled the FOIA requests is Kathleen Hennessy.  She later submitted false and altered documentation for a case brought by the community and business alike with Wayne Strnad as one of the plaintiffs, in the 7th District Federal Court.
