Pension Dipping Exposed by Wayne Strnad on behalf of community and business concerns.

Daley was strapped for cash and needed some way to get money for the programs he wanted to put though, under the auspecies of helping the community and business in Chicago; no mention or reference of lining his or his cronies pockets with juicy bids worth millions. 

One method that he tried in the past was to tap into the pension fund that employees contribute to.  This did not work before because there were others who stood up and demanded that it not go through.  This time around a special release was distributed throughout the city for community and busiess alike.
