Chandler - Thompson and Cash not for community or business

While working in an alley in the 24th Ward of Chicago, run by Alderman Chandler and his appointed Ward Superintendent, Thompson, two laborers who were working to clean the community garbage, discovered approximately $3000 in cash.

According to city policy, this money is suppose to be handed over immediately.  Twelve days later, the money was turned over to the police department.
