Wayne Strnad exposes Carothers Win by Voter Fraud. Lies to the community and business.
In Isaac "Ike" Carothers runoff election against Floyd Thomas, Carothers was doing everything from hand delivering garbage containers to ridding around in a limo in the community, all with the intent to impress the voters and business alike, that he was the "go-to" guy to get things done. He did one thing right and that was to admit to charges brought forth by the District US Attorney General, in exchange for an easier sentence.
It seems the the District US Attorney General let him off easy and did not address issues with TIF money.
What Ike Carothers did not expect was anyone to look at the data closely - very closely with a fine tooth comb. Well, Wayne Strnad did just that in the interest of fair elections and the integrity of the election process for the community.
Picture to the right shows material that was passed out to voters and then confiscated by the motley crew who stationed themselves within 100 feet of the polling place. This is a clear violation of the 100-foot rule.
The Chicago Board of Elections did absolutely nothing about such electioneering. They did not send anyone out to even investigate the complaint and in fact lost the complaint. It is quite common for the Chicago Board of Elections to lose things that appear on paper in their election day control center. It's happened before and in several elections after. The Chicago Board of Elections as well as the Illinois State Board of Elections have something in common. They investigate nothing!
The Chicago Police Department is just as guilty for allowing this type of activity in the community. In fact, the police officer who stationed himself outside the polling place seen in the top left photo, was very careful to make sure others who were passing out information for other candidates stayed more than 100-feet from the door. He did absolutely nothing about the car that was parked in front of a hydrant, owned by attorney Bruce Adelman. No tickets were issued.
