Carothers Campaign Disclosure - Community and Business Concerns by Wayne Strnad

There were many questionable things that Isaac "Ike" Carothers did when he first ran for alderman of the 29th Ward.  He set up the I Like "Ike" Campaign Committee and then disbanded it (although no paperwork was discovered in those regards) in 2000.   Also, in 1999 the New 29th Ward Campaign Committee was set up followed by the New 29th Ward Democratic Organization. 

 

Chairman of these committees is a convicted felon, Ike Carothers dad, William Carothers.  It was registered to an address not even near the 29th Ward - 3100 W. Walnut in the 27th Ward.  Such deception to the community and business concerns itself should be questioned by everyone, says Wayne Strnad.
